INDOOR CYCLE CLASSES
Ride Energy (45-50 min.): Heart pumping, energy rising, leg burning, core tightening workout.
Ride and Sculpt (45-50 min. ): 30 Minutes of spin plus 15 minutes of weights.
Teen Fitness Training (30-45 min.): Spin and Circuit Training 48″ requirement, No height or age required for the circuit training. Parental consent needed for children under 18 years of age.
SPINERGY SPECIALTY CLASSES
90 Minute Extreme Spin: 90 Minute Ride.
Extreme Circuit: 75 Minute Combination Class.
Pilates Body Sculpt (45-50 min.): Promotes strength, stability, and range of motion for joints. Both style classes focuses on core strength, proper breathing techniques and correct posture as a way to maintain a sense of well-being.
Kettlebell Class (45 -50 min.): One of the best workouts to build muscle strength and endurance. Your body has to work to maintain balance. In doing so, you work many muscle groups and get your heart rate up at the same time.
